What can I put in my dumpster?
You can use the dumpster that you rent for anything that is considered general waste, which usually classifies as general cleanup from projects around the house that does not consist of hazardous chemicals or liquids.

What can’t go in the dumpster?
Hazardous waste and liquids cannot go in the dumpster because of the harmful chemicals and features that they contain. Hazardous waste includes TV’s, monitors, fridges, paints, solvents, liquids or any asbestos. If you wish to dispose of any of these particular chemicals or have questions about what is considered hazardous, you may consult your local county office and they will be able to provide you with a list of services to safely remove and dispose any of these chemicals or features.

Which waste types are serviced?
The waste debris types that are classified as serviced include household debris, clean construction debris, clean concrete, soil/dirt, stumps, and brush.

What is Household Debris?
If you are using your dumpster rental for cleaning out your household, here is a list of materials that are appropriate for you to dispose of and what will require other services. Light commingled waste, such as wood scraps, empty paint buckets and cardboard are all appropriate materials that are considered household debris that can easily be disposed of. However you will want to avoid disposing of dirt, bricks, concrete, food waste, asbestos, hazardous waste, chemicals, insulation materials, liquids, gas bottles, tires, mattresses, computer monitors or hard drives, or any electrical equipment with plugs. Remember that these specific requirements pertain to household debris requirements only.

What is Clean Construction Debris?
Clean construction debris consists of wood, plaster, insulation, Styrofoam, tiles, ceramic goods, sheet-rock/dry-goods. These materials should generally not contain too many other components on them (concrete, nails sticking out of it, etc.)

What is Clean Concrete?
Many of you will perform jobs that require removing all sorts of concrete, but how do you know which blocks of broken cement you are going to be able to put into your rental? Clean concrete can be any form of concrete as long as there is no dirt on it and doesn’t include any bricks, ceramics or tiles that are embedded in it.

What is Soil / Dirt?
This dumpster option means you can only put dirt and soil compounds in this container. It is important that you only put soil and dirt in this container, otherwise you could be fined with additional charges to your order.

What is Stump and Brush?
This dumpster option requires that you only put tree stumps, branches, tall grass and various bushes/plants. These are just some of the main objects and content that can go into each of these kinds of containers, but may not be limited to just these. If you have any further questions about what you can and cannot put in our dumpsters, feel free to give us or your local county a call and we can help you clarify the appropriate matter.

For our trucks to be able to get up your driveway, you’re driveway needs to be at least ten feet wide for one of our regular trucks to be able to haul in a nine cubic yard dumpster. You many need more space if you are ordering a dumpster with larger dimensions. You may also want to make sure that the truck hauling in your container is going to have enough room to turn around and also be sure that there are no overhanging trees, power lines or anything of the sort that may interfere with the truck’s delivery. Smaller trucks will likely be used if you have a difficult delivery destination.
